ACT I — 2004-2016
Groove Kings
It started with nothing but hunger. Randy Telg founded Groove Kings in 2004 to prove a point: street talent belongs on world stages. They didn't just participate; they dominated. Winning Battle of the Year National and placing 3rd on X-Factor wasn't just about trophies—it was proof.

ACT III — 2020-PRESENT
The System
The shift from crew to institution. We Run Thiss evolved from MDT Stronger Together, a government-funded pilot. That work revealed what was needed: a digital platform to attract youth naturally and integrated guidance to deliver real outcomes. We became the organization we wished existed. Where youth don't have to choose between authentic community and professional opportunity. Where culture and commerce strengthen each other.

Founder & director
Randy isn't a typical CEO. He's a product of the culture he serves. Starting as a dancer on the streets of Rotterdam, he fought his way to becoming a World Champion with Groove Kings. But success revealed a problem
"I watched talented kids fail—not because they weren't good enough, but because the system wasn't built for them. I decided to build a new system."
We Run Thiss is the result of that decision. It bridges the gap between street culture's raw authenticity and institutional accountability. Randy leads with a simple philosophy: Authenticity is the only currency that matters.
